Accessibility at Molly Green

A site that works for everyone.

We want every person who visits shopmollygreen.com to be able to browse, shop, and find what they came for — regardless of how they’re using the web.

Molly Green is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, including customers who rely on assistive technology like screen readers, keyboard navigation, and browser zoom. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our benchmark, and we work continuously to meet or exceed that standard.

What we do

Our team regularly reviews the site for accessibility. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • All pages are designed to be navigable with a keyboard alone — no mouse required.
  • Images have descriptive alt text so screen readers can communicate what they show.
  • Forms, buttons, and interactive elements are properly labeled for assistive technology.
  • Color contrast is tested against WCAG AA standards for readability.
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without breaking the page layout.
  • Every new page or feature we build is reviewed for accessibility before it goes live.

What we’re still working on

Accessibility isn’t a one-time project. Third-party apps, embedded widgets, and older parts of the site can introduce issues we haven’t caught yet. If you run into something that isn’t working for you, we want to hear about it — and we’ll fix it as fast as we can.

Contact us for accommodations

If you’re having trouble accessing any part of our site, or if you need a piece of content in an alternate format, please reach out. We’ll get back to you within one business day.

You can also call any of our four Nashville-area stores during business hours — our team is happy to help you place an order or answer questions over the phone.

Our commitment

We take accessibility seriously — for our customers, for the strength of our business, and because it’s the right thing to do. If we fall short somewhere on the site, tell us. We’ll listen and we’ll fix it.
