Stylist

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and the desire to connect with clients. Our stylists are our sales associates and the face of our in-store customer service. They work with multiple customers at a time, listen to the customer's shopping needs, and help the customer look and feel their best when shopping at Molly Green. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence.

Key Holder

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and the desire to connect with clients. Our key-holders are our sales associates that help open & close the store, and the face of our in-store customer service. They work with multiple customers at a time, listen to the customer's shopping needs, and help the customer look and feel their best when shopping at Molly Green. They also help with general store operations. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence.

Sales Lead

Our Sales Leads are our valued sales associates who go beyond the single sale, they are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients. Months after month, season after season they stay in touch with our clients and help them find pieces they'll love!

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years' sale lead experience
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude

    Assistant Store Manager 

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
    • Hire, train, and assess store employee’s productivity and performance
    • Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance of the store
    • Oversee stock and store operations
    • Knowledgeable in areas of product, merchandising, operations, customer service, sales, and growth within the company.
    • Effectively supervise the sales floor to ensure customer/associate awareness at all times.
    • Demonstrate teamwork within the store and company and ensure that the staff is treated professionally, respectfully and courteously.
    • Lead by example.
    • Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures, and operations.
    • Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store.
    • Recognize problems, analyze causes and generate alternatives and solutions.
    • Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level.
    • Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and management.
    • Represent Molly Green through your appearance while at work.

      Store Manager

      • Hire, train, motivate and supervise management and sales staff with a keen sensitivity to hiring people who have strong presentation and communication skills.
      • Develop all employees to be knowledgeable in areas of product, merchandising, operations, customer service, sales and growth within the company.
      • Effectively supervise the sales floor to ensure customer/associate awareness at all times.
      • Demonstrate teamwork within store and company and ensure that the staff is treated professionally, respectfully and courteously.

      • Take responsibility for the productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing, and inventory results.

      Qualifications
